Refund policy

Returns and/or refunds will not be given unless product arrives damaged or not as described.

There will be NO CANCELLATIONS allowed. Please assure your order is correct before submitting. To edit shipping or personal information BEFORE order is shipped, please contact immediately. Once order is shipped, you will need to contact your local post office to stop it in transit.

Packages returned due to incorrect/invalid address will be given an option to either pick up from Urban Ink Body Art and Custom Jewelry during pick-up times (see pick-up policy) OR pay an additional shipping fee to be re-sent to the correct address. No refunds will be given in the event the customer does not wish to pay additional shipping fee or pick up. 

Shipping issues due to post office error or theft are to be resolved with your local post office and/or authorities. 

NOTICE: Online inventory does NOT match in-shop inventory. This means it is not possible to select inventory online and then arrive at the shop to purchase immediately, and it is also not possible to spot jewelry in the shop and then go home to purchase online. Jewelry will still be available for same-day shopping at Urban Ink, but it will be its own smaller set of inventory!
